In today’s economic marketplace, staying in contact with your prospects and clients via Email is the lowest cost and produces the highest response rate of any other medium other than direct contact.  It is absolutely necessary to gain a competitive advantage in the market that companies stay in constant contact with clients, prospects, and strategic partners.  Instead of developing and mailing a high cost newsletter, companies are switching their regular communications to Email.

IGD Solutions Corporation has developed a number of different Emailer products.  These Emailers allow our clients to easily copy and paste the content of an email or newsletter into the system and send one email out to each person on their respective email list.  These systems send one email from the sender to the recipient to each recipient on the list.  The people receiving the email have the option to unsubscribe.  The emails can be sent as Plain text, HTML formatted, or both.  Formatting such as Bold, Underline, Italics, Bullets, Centering, Sizing, and Font colors can all be adjusted within the Emailer.

This Emailer is more likely to get through a spam filter than an email sent through Outlook with more than a few prospects in the BCC field.  We also set up our Emailer systems so they are using a Sending IP Address (Internet Address) unique to that particular client.  We do not share sending mail IP addresses from client to client.  This is important because many times the bigger Email sending companies online will be used by spammers and their IP Addresses end up blacklisted.  Most mail sent from a blacklisted IP Address will not be received on the other end.  We go to great lengths to monitor this for our clients and make sure nothing is blacklisted.

Advanced options for Emailers include being able to save and schedule Emails for regular timely future delivery to a specific set of Email Addresses.  This is especially helpful for clients who choose to send a series of Emails out to prospects.  Another advanced option is click through tracking.  Many of our clients choose to have links back to their website contained within the Email messages being sent out.  Our system can track these clicks back to the person who clicked through the website.  This is a very powerful tool that can help your sales team identify which products or services a specific client may be interested in.  A timely phone call can be just the thing needed to produce a sale.
